159,000 scenarios from real drives

Recorded drives turned into editable, re-drivable scenarios on our digital twins, each one checked by automatic gates.

A recorded drive becomes a scenario: actors, ego path and signals extracted from the log, then re-driven in Helios so a policy can take over at any tick.

The accepted set now holds about 159,000 scenarios from 1,002 recorded drives, placed on 11 digital twins (scenario index, 2026-10-10). In a blind review of 603 scenarios sampled from an earlier certified release, 95.9% were judged faithful to their source (95% CI 94.0–97.2%). A 10-second scenario renders in 3D in a median 26 seconds on an A100.
